OnSite Horse Partial Lease

OnSite Grooming Horse Lease allows you to enjoy horses and our farm animals two days a week. Brushing, bathing, feeding, animals is very good animal therapy. Outdoor therapy is very healing. Best prescription is be outside in nature.

Lessee can groom 2 days per week based on the schedule established in the lease. Only one weekend day is allowed for this lease type, whether that is a lesson day or not. Lease costs $250 per month.
Early Morning and Late Evening times available during Summer.

OnSite Partial Horse Lease allows you to enjoy horses without owning one. You can ride horses, bond with them without spending $1000's.

Our partial lease allows you to come out and ride horse weekly. You can come ride them, do regular ground work, spend time with them. This allows rider to bond with his/her horse. We have 3 beautiful horses to choose from. All are excellent riding horses and come with 15+ years of experience.

Lessee can come out for 3 days per week based on the schedule established in the lease.

This includes one weekend day and two weekdays. Additional weekend days are available for additional cost.

Bareback pad and bridle is included in the lease cost. Lease costs $450 per month per rider. Our private trails are included for riding for experienced trail riders only.

• Lesson cost is extra. We do have limited lessons available on weekend and they are additional $50 per lesson.

• Saddle rental is additional $100/month.

Lease deposit $500. 30 days notice to terminate lease. Lease term is 6 months minimum.
